Meike Knops Becomes CEO of MVB

Commercial managing director of Fischer Sauerländer to head the technology and information provider of the Börsenverein Group from November 2024

Meike Knops (34) will take over the management of technology and information provider MVB on November 1, 2024. She succeeds Ronald Schild (54), who left the company at the end of July 2024.

After studying business administration, Meike Knops began her career in finance at the management consultancy Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) before joining the Georg von Holtzbrinck publishing group in Stuttgart in 2017 as an assistant to the Chief Finance Officer. In 2020, she took over the commercial management of Kiepenheuer & Witsch Verlag in Cologne on an interim basis. She has been working for Fischer Kinder- und Jugendbuch since 2021 – first as publishing director and currently still as commercial managing director.
