ISNI: More Visibility for Creators

The unique assignment of products to authors creates new opportunities for marketing your titles, such as overview pages or alert functions for a specific person. The prerequisite for this is the use of the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI) or the Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) from the scientific field.

Find out how to research information on existing ISNIs and how to register new ISNIs if required. We will also show you how you can link products in the Verzeichnis Lieferbarer Bücher (VLB) to ISNIs and thus secure the chance of Gold status, which rewards high data quality.
