Introducing our HR team
Who is doing what and why
From the recruitment of new talent to day-to-day HR support and the continuous development of an inspiring working environment - we love what we do and we do it with fun.
In a world characterized by individual lifestyles, we strive to find creative, custom-made solutions, so that our colleagues enjoy coming to work and feel really comfortable doing so. We make sure that all our colleagues can act independently and make full use of their strengths.
To show who we are and what motivates us, we would like to briefly introduce ourselves here:

Oliver - Head of Personnel & Organization
I have been working enthusiastically for the Börsenvereinsgruppe for more than 20 years. Here, people with a wide variety of tasks contribute their individual strengths and all together, form a dynamic team. This diversity, coupled with constant new challenges and projects, makes my work so incredibly exciting. The fact that I take a one-hour train ride from near Cologne to Frankfurt several times a week shows, that it is a pleasure to be part of the Börsenverein Group. Unfortunately, my passion for the 1.FC Köln is more of an up and down instead of constant fan-pleasure and celebration.
As HR officers, we, Valeska, Maren and Sandra, enjoy being responsible for all matters relating to recruitment, payroll and employee support - from the first meeting to the farewell. We work closely with work council committees and manage projects such as employer branding and HR management. Valeska is also responsible for our trainees as an official trainer. We all strive to support our colleagues in all situations and create a positive working environment in which they feel comfortable.

Valeska - HR Officer
My passion for diversity is not limited to the workplace. In my free time, I'm always exploring new sports, interesting books and immersing myself in the world of art and culture. I also love to discover new board games, whether with family and friends or at gaming events with my colleagues.

Maren - HR Officer
I'm also a multi-talent outside of work: whether exploring foreign countries outside of Europe, looking after my little zoo at home, which consists of two cats and a pubescent dog, or celebrating at the street carnival or the Bergstrasse vineyard hike - I'm always wholeheartedly involved. To balance out my working day, I find my energy in fitness boxing and social gatherings with my circle of friends.

Sandra - HR Officer
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I find a good balance by traveling, reading books or doing sports such as tennis or cycling.

Susanne -
Manager Communications and Organizational Development
Whether as a moderator, copywriter or coach - in my job, everything revolves around my colleagues and their individual needs. Because communication is not only my profession, but also my passion. In my free time, my heart beats for books and boxing, to which I have been loyal for over a quarter of a century. When I'm not talking about literature, opera or coaching, you might find me in the ring training my mental strength and stamina.

Dunja - Organizational and HR Development
A Mainz native with all my heart, I am hospitable and like to talk to people spontaneously. I like to be inspired by courageous pioneers in the transformation and development of organizations. Talk to me about new ways of working, music & singing, food & drink, Andalusia & vanlife.

Izem - Working Student
My commitment ranges from my professional role to my passionate hobbies. I actively support important processes such as the onboarding and offboarding of employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the creation of employment contracts to document filing. Away from the office, I am a staunch Eintracht Frankfurt fan with a love of the club running through my veins. Basketball is also a great passion of mine. I am not only actively involved in the game, but also as a referee and youth coach. In addition to sport, I also enjoy riding my motorcycle when the weather is good.
