FAQ

Application process

What application documents and information are required?

We generally require a CV for your application. And we are happy to receive a cover letter. This gives you a great opportunity to explain your motivation and skills in more detail. It helps us to get to know you better and understand why you are interested in this position.

School and university certificates are particularly important for our training formats and entry-level positions, but we ask you to provide references for professional positions in particular. This gives us an impression of your educational and professional background, helps us to assess your suitability for the position and to better understand your development potential.

For some positions, we would also like to know your salary expectations and desired starting date. This information allows us to better understand your expectations and ensure that you match our own expectations and timelines. It makes the application process easier and can help to avoid misunderstandings right from the start.

Our advice: Take a close look at the job advertisement to make sure you include all the required application documents. If you have any questions, we are happy to help!

How do I submit my application?

If you have found an offer that matches your profile, you will find the “Apply now” button there. Here you have the option of uploading your documents, which will then be displayed directly in our application management system. You can then simply send your application and we can respond flexibly and quickly. As soon as the application process is complete, your data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

When will I receive feedback on my application?

After you have submitted your application, you will first receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We will then carefully evaluate your documents with regard to the vacant position. We want to ensure that we give all applicants the attention they deserve and make an informed decision.

Please understand that the application process may vary depending on the number of applications and the complexity of the position. How long do the individual steps in the application process take?

In general, we cannot give a fixed time frame for the individual steps in the application process, as these depend on various factors. These include the number of vacancies to be filled and the number of applications we receive.

However, we want to make sure that you are always up to date. Therefore, we will inform you immediately by e-mail as soon as we have new information for you or if there are any changes in the application process. We know that waiting times can be frustrating, so we strive to make the application process as transparent and efficient as possible.

If you have specific questions about a particular step in the application process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens after my application?

Once you have submitted your application, we would like to give you an insight into how the rest of the application process usually works:

  • We will invite you to a digital interview where you will have the opportunity to get to know us personally. Representatives from the specialist and HR departments will be present. In this way, we want to ensure that we get a comprehensive picture of your strengths and can optimally assess your suitability for the position.
  • Depending on requirements and the position, a second interview may follow to discuss further details or go into more detail on certain aspects - the interviews take place digitally or on site, depending on our requirements. Sometimes we work with a real-life case study to assess your skills in a real-life scenario. Representatives from the specialist and HR departments will also be present here.
  • If we have jointly decided to work together, you will receive your employment contract from us by e-mail. The original will then follow by post.

Please note that the selection process is individual and depends on the position to be filled. However, we always strive to make the application process transparent and efficient. You will be informed about every step of the process and we are always available to answer your questions.
