Start of Professional Training in 2025 at the Börsenverein Group
And what that means for us:
Three new colleagues began their professional journey at the Börsenverein Group in August – we are delighted to welcome Emely, Jeremy, and Mia!
The Börsenverein Group has been training apprentices and dual students for many years, offering them the opportunity to learn in a practical setting in various areas of the company.
Emely is starting her training as a Digital and Print Media Saleswoman and joins Olivia and Ronja as the third member of the MVB trainee trio. She is particularly curious about how content for the book industry comes together in digital and analog form.
Jeremy is starting his training as an IT Specialist for System Integration and already brings experience from his previous entry-level qualification to his new-old department, IT Development at MVB, where he previously completed a one-year internship. He is looking forward to helping shape technical processes and implementing his own projects as the first trainee in this profession at MVB.
Mia has started her dual study program in Business Administration – Trade Fair, Congress, and Event Management. She is excited to learn about event organization at the Frankfurter Buchmesse from the ground up.
For all our trainers and training officers, training means more than just imparting specialist knowledge. Everyone attaches great importance to ensuring that our trainees and students develop personally and are able to take on responsibility at an early stage.

We rely on clear structures, trusting cooperation, genuine team involvement, room for your own ideas, and regular feedback.
In everyday training, this means that each department plans assignments well in advance so that new colleagues are part of the team right from the start. As trainees, they take on their own tasks, work on projects, and receive regular feedback to reflect on their development together with the trainers and training officers within the teams.
“It's exciting to contribute your own ideas right from the start and see how they are implemented,” says Emely about her first few weeks. Jeremy adds: “I particularly appreciate being integrated directly into the team and receiving feedback that helps me develop further.”
Welcome, Emely, Jeremy, and Mia! We look forward to accompanying and supporting you on your learning journey.
