Combining job, sustainability & exercise: Franziska from the Digital team at MVB is now out and about on a BusinessBike.
Those who work for us can not only get moving professionally - they can also literally get on the saddle! For several years now, the Börsenverein Group has been offering the option of leasing a bike via the BusinessBike. Whether for the commute to the office, a detour to the next meeting or an after-work ride through the park: the offer is very popular - and brings a breath of fresh air into everyday life.
Franziska from the Digital team has taken up the offer and is delighted:
“I've wanted to take the bike more often for a while - for more exercise and a bit more daily fresh air. The BusinessBike portal made it really easy: With the Quick Start, my request to the HR department was initiated in a flash, a lot of the bureaucratic stuff was automated. The hardest part was actually finding the perfect bike,” she laughs. ”Now I'm the proud owner of a gravel bike and use it regularly - on my way to work as well as in my free time. Instead of full lanes, I ride my bike more often - and do something for my health and the climate at the same time.”
The model is popular. Valeska Wagner from HR, who manages the program within the Börsenverein Group together with her colleagues, sees many advantages:
